Fairview's Banana Bread Recipe, easy and yummy!

                                           BANANA BREAD 

1.5 cups flour
1 tsp (each) salt and baking soda
1/2 stick of melted butter, cooled
1 egg, whisked
1 cup sugar
2 large bananas, mashed well

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt and soda

In a small mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas and sugar then add the
butter and egg, mixing to combine.

Pour wet mixture into the dry and stir to combine.

Oven to 325 degrees

Pour prepared mixture into a greased loaf pan and bake for one hour.

Cool for ten minutes and then turn out onto a rack to cool.

Once cool, wrap in plastic wrap. Bread will keep for up to 7 days in the fridge.

Note:
Gluten flour works well in place of flour.
Chopped walnuts can also be added
